These Terms govern your access to and use of IvaBot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

IvaBot is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the capacity to enter into a contract.
IvaBot provides three tools:
The service is delivered online, with results saved to your dashboard.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe someone else has access to it.
IvaBot works on pay-as-you-go credits. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
The credit cost of each run is shown before you confirm it. A Core Audit costs 1 credit plus 1 for every 50 tracked keywords. An AI Readiness check costs 2 credits for up to 5 prompts, plus 2 credits per 10 additional prompts.
We may change prices at any time. A change never affects credits you have already bought.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days from the date of purchase to withdraw from the contract and get your money back, without giving a reason.
How this works with credits. Because IvaBot delivers digital services immediately, at checkout you are asked to agree that the service begins straight away and to acknowledge that, once you have used a credit, you lose the right of withdrawal for that credit.
Credits you have not used are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase, on request. Credits you have already spent on a completed run are not refunded, because the service for them has been performed.
To withdraw, write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, within 14 days of the purchase. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.
If a run fails, produces no result, or charges a credit for work that was not delivered, write to us and we will restore the credit or refund it. This applies regardless of the 14-day period, because it concerns a service that was paid for and not provided.
Dissatisfaction with the content of a correctly delivered report is not by itself grounds for a refund, since the tool reports what the data shows rather than a guaranteed outcome.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where we do, unused credits are refunded unless the breach caused us loss.
The reports, briefs and articles the tools produce for you are yours. You may publish, edit and use them freely.
The platform itself, including its interface, code, prompts and scoring logic, remains ours.
Search results, keyword metrics and backlink data are supplied by third-party providers and remain subject to their terms. You may use them within your own work; you may not redistribute them as a standalone dataset.
IvaBot provides automated analysis and AI-generated content for informational purposes.
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations by AI engines, revenue or any other business outcome. Search engines and AI systems change their behaviour without notice and are outside our control.
AI-generated text can contain errors, outdated facts or invented details. Review and verify anything the tools produce before publishing it or relying on it.
Nothing provided through the service is professional SEO consulting, legal advice or financial advice.
We aim to keep the service running, but it depends on third-party providers including Supabase, Stripe, OpenAI and DataForSEO. We may pause the service for maintenance, and features may change or be withdrawn.
If a run fails because of an outage, section 7 applies.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost traffic, lost business opportunity, or costs arising from decisions made on the basis of the tools' output.
Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
You may stop using IvaBot at any time and request account deletion, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may end or suspend access if these Terms are broken, or if we discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, unused credits are refunded.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, consumers in Romania may contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) at anpc.ro.
